The journey toward implementing the Iraq National Education Strategy (INES 2022–2031) is gaining momentum.

BK Plus Europe, in partnership with Adam Smith International and with funding from the The World Bank, successfully delivered the INES 2022–2031 Training Programme in Baghdad — a 10-day capacity-building initiative under the Technical Assistance to Education Development in Iraq (TAEDI).

Over 70 senior civil servants from the Ministry of Education, the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research, and related institutions participated in practical, hands-on sessions focused on:
🔹 Strategic planning and coordination across ministries
🔹 Monitoring & evaluation for evidence-based decision-making
🔹 Change management and effective communication in reform processes

Delivered through interactive workshops, teamwork exercises, and peer-learning discussions, the training fostered a common language for collaboration between institutions — a vital step toward transforming strategy into tangible results.
