Objective: The objective of this project is to develop a digital assessment methodology tailored for land sector institutions in Ethiopia. This includes creating a working definition of digitalization for land administration, developing and testing a digital audit methodology, and training land administration experts in the Ministry of Agriculture to apply this methodology. The project aims to systematically analyze and enhance the digital maturity of Ethiopian land sector institutions, ensuring they are equipped to implement effective land governance practices.
