Role of BK Plus Europe: Consortium leader

Objective:
To strengthen the knowledge management and learning ecosystem within the Financial and Socio-Economic Inclusion Program (EDMEJ), co-financed by the EU and implemented by GIZ. The assignment supports institutional learning, coordination, and evidence-based decision-making among implementing partners such as UNIDO, UNHCR, and the Tunisia Foundation for Development.

BK Plus Europe leads the design and operationalization of a comprehensive Knowledge Management and Learning Strategy, including:

  • 🌍 Establishing thematic dialogue platforms and Communities of Practice;

  • 💬 Facilitating inter-agency collaboration and continuous feedback mechanisms;

  • 🧩 Conducting operational research and studies to generate actionable insights;

  • 🪴 Developing adaptive learning tools and dissemination strategies (policy briefs, webinars, and advocacy actions).

The project aims to ensure that lessons learned translate into improved programming, accountability, and sustainability of socio-economic reintegration initiatives for returning migrants, displaced populations, and host communities in Tunisia.
