Objective: The Digital Readiness Assessment project aims to evaluate the current state of digitalization in local institutions across Kosovo to support the broader digital transformation efforts led by UNDP Kosovo.The ultimate goal is to produce a detailed report that scores each pillar of digital readiness, identifies strengths and weaknesses, and proposes a concrete action plan to drive further digitalization.
