The project contributes to shaping the Good Governance Reform Programme under German Financial Cooperation, identifying strategic priorities for future interventions, and proposing actionable measures to enhance accountability, citizen orientation, and institutional resilience. The assignment builds upon BK Plus Europe’s longstanding presence and expertise in Jordan’s reform landscape, providing evidence-based recommendations to guide policy design and donor coordination.
