To assist the State Road Administration (SRA) of Moldova in establishing an Internal Training Academy that will serve as a central platform for continuous professional development and institutional learning. BK Plus Europe provides expertise in capacity development and institutional strengthening, ensuring that the Training Academy contributes to higher efficiency, performance, and sustainability within Moldova’s road sector.
