Objective: The project’s objective is to develop accredited training programs in waste management and attract young talents, particularly females, to this burgeoning sector. The Assignment outlines two core activities: the creation of at least three short-term accredited training programs tailored to the needs of the Adjara Solid Waste Management Company, and the establishment of recruitment tools designed to appeal to young talents.
