The review will encompass a thorough evaluation of job roles, processes, and management systems to propose a more efficient and effective organizational structure. This collaborative effort, involving close partnership with FAO Ethiopia’s management and HR teams, seeks to deliver a strategic roadmap for organizational improvement, ensuring FAO Ethiopia is well-equipped to meet its goals and adapt to evolving challenges.
