Objective: The objectives of this assignment are to contribute to the implementation of governance reform actions in the agri-food sector, in line with the Agriculture Development Strategy (2020-2030). Our team supports the formulation, management, coaching and mentoring of the reform support team that will be established in order to conduct the functional reviews and institutional reform activities as per the project workplan, especially with regards to new business processes and system review and reengineering.
