Objective: The objective is to develop a service inventory which will serve as the basis for the simplification and digitalisation of services across the Palestinian public sector. Our experts will map, identify, prioritise, simplify and digitise more than 1000 public services and will support the modernisation of the service delivery system of Palestine, paving the way for drastic reforms in the area of digital transformation.
