Objective: aims to elevate Saudi Arabia’s institutional framework for local content monitoring in public sector procurement. The objective is to review, optimize, and enhance the existing operating model, focusing on effective measurement, compliance, and incentive programs. Deliverables include a Tools Benchmarking Report that offers international best practices and targeted recommendations, a Gaps Assessment Report identifying current limitations, and an Incentives Benchmarking Report that evaluates and suggests robust incentive schemes. Through these comprehensive analyses, the project seeks to improve the efficiency, transparency, and impact of local content initiatives within Saudi government entities.
