Objective: The support provided consists of capacity building measures for better planning and use of resources with the aim of improving the living conditions of disadvantaged communities, including the Roma.

The Programme involves the implementation of ROMACT Process at local level, and bringing evidence from ground for regional and national policy development initiatives. It also includes field assessments, consultancy services to relevant stakeholders at national and regional level as well as at local level in the municipalities, capacity building in the form of training and coaching and support for development of institutional partnerships.
