We’re excited to share our new assignment under Enabel’s Opportunity-driven Skills (VET) and Employment Expert Services Framework!

We will support the EU Delegation to Namibia in shaping a flagship skills development initiative that drives the country’s transition toward a green and hydrogen-powered economy. 🌱

Through this project, we will:
🔹 Map skills needs and private sector opportunities within the renewable energy and green hydrogen value chain
🔹 Design opportunity-driven VET models that align training with real market demand
🔹 Facilitate partnerships between public institutions and private enterprises to build a future-ready workforce

This initiative—part of the Global Gateway Climate and Energy agenda—marks another important step in our shared commitment to Africa’s skills and green growth agenda. We’re excited to help Namibia translate its green ambitions into decent work, innovation, and sustainable development. 🌍
