We’re happy to share that BK Plus Europe has been awarded a new project by Enabel, under its Employment and Livelihood Programme in Jordan 🇯🇴 .

Most institutions have an #ESG policy sitting somewhere in a drawer. Far fewer know how ready they actually are to live up to it — where the gaps sit, which systems need fixing, who’s accountable for what. That question matters most in places growing as fast as #Aqaba. As Jordan’s economic gateway, it’s creating jobs fast — and #ASEZA and the employers around it, training centres, hotels, logistics and chemical companies, need the institutional muscle to make sure that growth is safe and inclusive from the start.

That’s where we come in: assessing where things stand today, then building the people, processes and oversight to close the gap – so the jobs being created are ones young people, women, and Syrian refugees rebuilding their livelihoods can count on.
