🥳 HERA Labs Cyprus Concludes with a Celebration of Growth, Confidence and New Beginnings
The Cyprus HERA Labs pilot programme concluded successfully on 1 July 2026 in Nicosia, celebrating the completion of a six-month journey supporting women aged 45 and over in their personal and professional development.
➡️ Implemented by BK Plus Europe and facilitated by Panikos Argyridis, the pilot delivered 15 sessions following the HERA methodology.
The programme welcomed 15 women, all of whom successfully completed the pilot and received certificates during the final celebratory session.
The final session celebrated not only the participants’ achievements but also the supportive relationships built throughout the programme. One of the pilot’s greatest strengths was the strong synergy between the facilitator and the participants, creating a positive and motivating learning environment.
🧡 The Cyprus pilot demonstrated the value of the HERA approach in empowering women through lifelong learning, peer support, and personal reflection. The knowledge, confidence, and action plans developed during the programme will continue to support participants as they move forward into the next stage of their personal and professional journeys.
