We are excited to begin our work in #Somalia, joining forces with Cortech Consulting Group to bring our expertise in governance, institutional capacity, and public sector reform to a new setting. While this marks our first engagement in the country, the focus of this project funded by The World Bank Group is at the heart of what we do—helping governments enhance service delivery and build stronger institutions.
Through this initiative, we will:
📌 Assess the capacity of Federal Member State Ministries of Health to deliver essential services.
📌 Identify gaps in service provision, financial management, and supply chain systems.
📌 Provide actionable recommendations to enhance monitoring, personnel management, and policy implementation.

With Somalia working towards more effective health governance, this project will help lay the foundation for better-managed, more resilient institutions. We look forward to collaborating with stakeholders and contributing to long-term, sustainable improvements in public health administration.
