We are pleased to share that we are contracted for a new nationwide assignment in Jordan. Under this new project, implemented in partnership with UNICEF Jordan – يونيسف الأردن and the Vocational Training Corporation (VTC), BK Plus Europe will lead the Change Management pillar of a comprehensive reform programme aimed at modernising Jordan’s TVET system and strengthening employment outcomes for young people.

This assignment brings together two of our strongest areas of expertise: governance and organisational reform, and technical and vocational education and training. The focus is on building a modern, agile and data-driven operating backbone for VTC – from governance structures and business processes to HR systems and a digital management information system that supports evidence-based decision-making.

Jordan has long been a key country for BK Plus Europe, and we are proud to contribute once again to a reform agenda that places youth, inclusion and employability at the centre🏁
