We’ve just kicked off a new assignment in Iraq under The World Bank-funded INES programme, aimed at strengthening the government’s capacity to implement the National Education Strategy 2022–2031.

Working alongside Adam Smith International, we’ll be supporting the Prime Minister’s Office and key ministries to coordinate efforts, define roles, and build the structures needed to drive real change in the education sector.

Our focus will be on creating the conditions that make reform work—strengthening inter-ministerial coordination, improving strategic planning processes, and building the leadership capacity to guide the implementation of INES in a complex, multi-stakeholder environment.
