Under the EBRD funded technical assistance project “Promoting Equality of Opportunities in the Solid Waste Management Sector in Georgia”, we proudly supported the official launch event of three newly accredited VET programmes delivered by სსიპ კოლეჯი “ბლექსი”, in Environmental Monitoring, Waste Management, and Emergency Management.

The programmes are developed to address a strategic and long-standing need: building a skilled, future-ready workforce capable of supporting EU-aligned waste management and environmental services across the Adjara region. With strong emphasis on youth and women’s participation, the programmes represent an important step toward expanding equal opportunities in one of Georgia’s fastest-evolving green sectors.

Today’s Open Door event brought together prospective students, local partners, and institutions committed to strengthening human capital in the region. With registrations now open until 22 December, interest is already high – a reflection of the College’s dedicated outreach efforts supported by our team.
