BK Plus Europe has been selected as the prime contractor for a new framework contract with UNDP Pakistan – our first project in Pakistan🇵🇰 and a milestone we’re genuinely excited about.

Through this framework, we’ll be supporting UNDP Pakistan on a range of assignments in democratic governance and public-sector reform, working closely with national and provincial counterparts. The focus will span areas such as institutional reform, public finance and fiscal federalism, digital governance, climate resilience, and energy and sustainable development.

As we start building our teams for upcoming assignments, we’d love to hear from Pakistani experts with experience in government and reform processes, particularly in:
