Objective:

The project establishes a Long-Term Agreement (LTA) for Democratic Governance Consultancy Services, providing UNDP with flexible, on-demand access to high-quality technical expertise to support reform implementation.

The framework is designed to respond to evolving governance priorities by enabling rapid mobilisation of multidisciplinary expertise across thematic areas such as performance management, institutional reform, intergovernmental coordination, digital and data-enabled governance, and democratic accountability.The objective of the LTA is to strengthen the operational effectiveness and reform delivery capacity of public institutions at federal and provincial levels, while supporting UNDP’s role as a trusted partner to government counterparts.
