Objective: The project aims to pave the road towards the establishment of a framework for the development of a national Smart City Strategy and Platform in Cyprus. To this purpose, the Deputy Ministry of Research, Innovation and Digital Policy (as Contracting Authority, but also as the leading entity for government ICT solutions) launched a Purchase for Service for conducting a study for building a ‘CY Smart City Platform’ and for drawing an implementation roadmap for smart city solutions” project
