Objective: The contractor will conduct an assessment of as-is level of capacities of key government institutions in Uzbekistan in developing, monitoring and evaluating youth-focused digital entrepreneurship policies, identify the gaps that need to be addressed and work on the capacity building activities for public servants. And develop a M&E framework in digital economy and digital entrepreneurship and draft a government decree.
