Objective:
To contribute to the strengthening and modernisation of Technical and Vocational Education and Training (TVET) systems across Sub-Saharan Africa through the Opportunity-driven Skills Programme. The framework supports the design, implementation, and evaluation of skills development initiatives aligned with national employment and industrialisation strategies.

BK Plus Europe participates across all four framework lots, providing expertise in skills anticipation, labour market intelligence, private sector partnerships, green and digital skills development, and institutional capacity building. The programme aims to enhance youth employability, foster innovation, and strengthen inclusive, demand-driven VET ecosystems that respond effectively to economic transformation and sustainable growth priorities.
