Objective:

The objective of this consultancy, in close coordination with the MoEW, is:

• To establish a clear digital transformation and e-governance vision of the Ministry;
• To carry out a general diagnosis of the MoEW’s current digital maturity across its systems 
• To carry out an in-depth assessment of the current digital maturity within the MoEW’s water sector;
• To prepare a phased and budgeted action plan for the modernization, digital and egovernance transformation of the MoEW’s water sector operations.
