Objective:
To strengthen the institutional and strategic management capacities of Iraq’s Ministry of Education (MoE) and Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research (MoHESR) for the effective implementation of the Iraq National Education Strategy (INES). The project focuses on developing coordination mechanisms between national and subnational institutions, enhancing performance monitoring systems, and improving evidence-based planning and budgeting. BK Plus Europe provides technical expertise in institutional reform, governance, and capacity development, supporting the establishment of a structured framework for strategic decision-making and implementation within Iraq’s education sector.
