Objective:The project, commissioned by GIZ under the Sector Network Good Governance Africa (SN GGA), focuses on assessing the contribution of decentralization in Africa over the past three decades to strengthening democratic resilience. It aims to provide evidence-based insights into decentralization’s effectiveness, challenges, and best practices across five target countries: Ghana, Kenya, Burkina Faso, Benin, and Zambia.
